The Victorian Country Press Association Ltd is the industry body for Victorian based country non-daily newspapers and provides representation, information, advice and assistance for members in all aspects of their newspaper operations.
The organization exists to
• provide an efficient, effective and timely advertising services bureau
• provide quality service to our members in the provision of training programmes, conferences and workshops for members and their staff in production, sales, on-line, journalism and editorial areas.
• represent member interests in the industrial relations areas covering negotiations on awards and agreements and the provision of related information and advice.
• represent member interests in Australia wide industry bodies, including the Australian Press Council, the Publishers’ Advertising Advisory Bureau and the CAB/ABC
